Mark is a partner in the firm practicing exclusively in the area of matrimonial law. He has substantial experience representing clients in custody and parenting time disputes, relocation out of the State of New Jersey, alimony, child support, adoption and equitable distribution of assets. Mark has handled all aspects of matrimonial litigation including serving and responding to discovery demands, drafting pleadings, attending Early Settlement Panels and mediation, drafting and arguing Motions, attending case management conferences and litigating trials. He has drafted and negotiated complex Property Settlement Agreements and Ante-Nuptial Agreements (a.k.a. prenuptial agreements). Mark has also successfully defended and prosecuted many domestic violence matters including Temporary and Final Restraining Orders.

Mark serves on the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel in Mercer, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. In 2012-2013, Mark was the President of the Somerset County Bar Association. From 2006 through 2010, Mark was named as a Rising Star by New Jersey Super Lawyers. This honor, as one of the top young lawyers in the State of New Jersey, is bestowed on less than 3% of all attorneys in the state.

Mark completed his undergraduate education with a B.S. in Marketing at the University of Scranton in 1992. He then completed his J.D. at Villanova University School of Law in 1995. Mark successfully passed the Bar Examination in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and he is licensed to practice in both states. Upon completing law school, Mark clerked for the Honorable Edmund R. Bernhard in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hunterdon County. During his clerkship with Judge Bernhard, Mark honed his skills in the Family Part and gained a better understanding of the inner-workings of the courthouse and court procedure. This clerkship was an invaluable experience that acted as the foundation for his career in the field of matrimonial law.
